
I like all the art that I am seeing lately made from books and book pages. This one made by Brian Dettmer for the New York Times Spring Travel magazine is particularly stunning.

isn’t his work amazing?! just saw it in the new hi-fructose mag. i was completely blown away!
i saw it recently too! very neat..it would be nice to sit and watch him make them! ..or maybe he should have a camera lodged above him while he works so when he is done he can make a fast forward movie of it all haha. -caitlin
Wow,wow,wow,wow…wow…wow…wow…WOW…This is absolutely amazing. I love this piece. It is so intricately put together and so thoughtfully conceived. I adore this piece. I’m so happy that you posted this one. WOW. I only wish that I had made this. Oh my! Can you imagine the amount of time and effort, not to mention talent and technique that went into the creation of this piece of art? WoW!
